These terms and conditions apply to all mediation services offered by Gitaar Afstellen Nederland. Gitaar Afstellen Nederland acts as an intermediary between independent luthiers and customers. The agreement for the work is concluded between the customer and the luthier of the chosen location, as named in article 2.
Article 4: The Offer
Gitaar Afstellen Nederland provides a platform through which independent luthiers can offer their services to potential customers. Gitaar Afstellen Nederland is not responsible for the execution of these services and excludes all liability for damages resulting from them.
Article 5: The Role of Gitaar Afstellen Nederland
Gitaar Afstellen Nederland is solely responsible for facilitating the connection between the customer and the luthier. It has no influence over, and is not involved in, the actual service delivery or agreements made between luthier and customer.
Article 6: Liability
Gitaar Afstellen Nederland accepts no liability for any damage arising from agreements made between the customer and the luthier. Any disputes related to the service must be resolved directly with the luthier.
Article 7: Changes to the Terms
Gitaar Afstellen Nederland reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The revised terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
Article 8: Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and all services facilitated by Gitaar Afstellen Nederland are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from the services or these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
