Who is Abel from Gitaar Afstellen Boxtel?

I’ve played guitar since I was twelve years old, although these days I mainly play the bass. My musical taste is very diverse, ranging from influences from my South American heritage to punk and metal. Around 2019, I started setting up my own guitars. Over time, I began working on instruments for friends as well, which eventually grew to the point where I sought a partnership with a local guitar shop. Since then, I have worked on all kinds of guitars and basses – from vintage Fenders and Gibsons to brand-new instruments and everything in between.

My philosophy is that even ‘budget’ guitars can sound and play exceptionally well when given the time and attention they deserve. That is exactly what I find rewarding. Can I help you get your guitar or bass professionally set up and playing like new again?

Our workshop is located in Esch, just outside Boxtel, in the heart of Noord-Brabant. With Tilburg, Den Bosch and Eindhoven all within reach, this is a region with a surprisingly active band and cover scene. From Vught, Oisterwijk, Sint-Michielsgestel, Schijndel and Best you’ll be at our door within fifteen minutes.
